Shipping & Delivery
When should I expect my Alkaline Coffee?
Generally you will receive your order within 4-7 business days of the date charged. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
Why have I only received part of my order?
We can only fit 18 K-Cup Pods into one box, so if you ordered more, your order will arrive in multiple boxes. Keep an eye out, your remaining boxes should arrive within 24 hours of your first box. If not, please reach out to our team at _____________.
