Alkaline Coffee Co. was born in a small coffee shop after hearing countless customers share the same frustration; they loved coffee, but coffee didn’t always love them back. For many of our loyal customers, acid reflux, stomach irritation and digestive discomfort were common ailments that forced them to give up their favorite morning ritual. We believed there had to be a better way.
We started researching, experimenting and testing with the input of hundreds of regular customers to create a coffee that could agree with everyone. The result was our proprietary brewing method, resulting in a smooth, non-acidic coffee with a pH of 8.0+. Designed to be gentler on the stomach while still delivering the rich flavor and experience coffee lovers expect along with the added benefit of a potassium supplement. We produce Alkaline Coffee with a pH of 8.0+.
Why does cold brew need to be refrigerated?
Our cold brew is 100% preservative free and therefore should always remain sealed and refrigerated.
