Order Acceptance

3. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription service:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy (available on our website) governs all returns and refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

Due to the consumable nature of coffee products, opened items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Our products are food and beverage items. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), unless otherwise stated.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
